The
excellent nature of Armenia's political relations with the United States,
the great economic, commercial, and investment potential of U.S.-Armenian
relations, the important role that the Armenian-American community plays
in fostering the ties between two countries have made the Armenian Embassy
in Washington, D.C. one of Armenia's premiere foreign missions.
Our mission is to foster and strengthen the political relations between
the Republic of Armenia and the United States, including dialog on Nagorno-Karabakh
conflict settlement, military and security affairs, U.S. assistance to
Armenia, as well as to promote investment and trade. The aim of our diplomatic
efforts is to accentuate our shared interests. The major components of
our agenda are ensuring prosperity and security of Armenia, resolution
of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, elimination of all political and economic
barriers to trade and economic development in the region.
The Armenian Embassy's Consular Division provides consular services to
the Armenian citizens residing in the U.S. and travelers to Armenia. Travelers
to Armenia can download a visa application or obtain other consular fees
and regulations. The Armenian citizens can obtain the forms for extending
passport validity, consular-notary services, and other relevant information.

This website is still far from perfect, and we will update it constantly.
