Embassy of Armenia Celebrates Armenian Armed Forces Day

On January 31, the Embassy of Armenia hosted the traditional reception to mark the Armenian Armed Forces Day. At the Embassy celebration, Ambassador Tatoul Markarian and Defense Attaché Col. Armen Sargsyan welcomed high-ranking officials from the Administration, State Department, Department of Defense and branch services. Joining them were U.S. military officers, foreign Ambassadors, and members of the Washington-based diplomatic and military attaché corps, as well as Armenian clergymen and heads of the Armenian-American political organizations.
