The Consular Offices of
the Republic of Armenia are authorized to notarize public documents intended for
use in the Republic of Armenia, as well as in the United States or other
countries, if the document being notarized is related to the citizens of the
Republic of Armenia or previous activity of foreign citizens in
Armenia.
